That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 246, Quail Roost, Unit II, a condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1140, Pages 1078 through 1165, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.
has been filed against you, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD E GILL and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address is as follows:
