NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-003345 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Steven John Nahas a/k/a Steven J. Nahas a/k/a Steven Nahas are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on September 12, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 107 OF PRINCETON PLACE AT WIGGINS BAY CONDOMINIUM FOUR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED NOVEMBER 7, 1988, IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1392, AT PAGE 2194, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
