Unit 101, Building 24, Juliana Village 3C, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3557, Page 0001, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, subject to the rules and regulations thereof, and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on SCOTT W. DUVAL, Esq. the plaintiff's attorney of the law firm BRENNAN, MANNA & DIAMOND, P.L., whose address is, 27200 Riverview Center Blvd., Suite 310, Bonita Springs, FL 34134, Telephone: (239) 992-6578, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the notice of action; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
