NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 31, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2019CA000734CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, MIDFIRST BANK is the Plaintiff, and RACHEL L. PARSONS; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on September 10, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 125 FEET OF THE SOUTH 40 FEET OF LOT NINE (9) CITRUS TERRACE SUBDIVISION, SAID PORTION OF LOT AND SUBDIVISION BEING NUMBERED AND DESIGNATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION AS THE SAME APPEAR OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 155, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND ALSO
THE WEST 25 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF THE SOUTH 40 FEET OF LOT NINE (9), CITRUS TERRACE, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 155, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND ALSO
AN EASEMENT OVER THAT PORTION OF LOT NINE (9) OF CITRUS TERRACE AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 155 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA LYING EAST OF THE SOUTHERLY EXTENSION OF THE EAST LINE OF LOT TEN (10) OF SAID CITRUS TERRACE, LESS THE SOUTH 40 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
