NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2019, and entered in 2017CA002852CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-BNC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BNC1 is the Plaintiff and ANDRZEJ MACIALEK AKA ANDY MACIALEK; PALM COVE OF WESLEY CHAPEL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; GEORGE WEBER AS TRUSTEE OF THE MACIALEK FAMILY LAND TRUST ; GSJ INVESTMENT, INC. are the Defendant(s). Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on September 23, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
