NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 15, 2019, entered in Case No. 2019-CC-001235CCAXES, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein LAKE COMO CO-OP, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, BEN ALAN SHIPE, JR. and YVONNE MICHELLE DEVAULT, AS HEIRS AT LAW OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF BEN ALAN SHIPE, SR. A/K/A BEN ALAN SHIPE, DECEASED, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST BEN ALAN SHIPE, SR., DECEASED, INCLUDING ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, AND TRUSTEES OF BEN ALAN SHIPE., SR., DECEASED AND ANY UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION of the subject property are the Defendants, the Clerk of said Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco. realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on September 18, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Book 8886, Page 541, all of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida,
