BRIAN LANCASTER and LOIS A. LANCASTER, individually and as TRUSTEES OF THE LANCASTER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 3rd, 1999, hereby gives notice of the filing of an action entitled Second Amended Complaint for Declaratory Judgment and Affirmative Relief.
The action was filed in the above-named court on May 16, 2019, and against you and you are required in the above-described Second Amended Complaint that you must serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the attorney for BRIAN LANCASTER and LOIS A. LANCASTER, individually and as TRUSTEES OF THE LANCASTER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 3rd, 1999, GEORGE K. RAHDERT, ESQUIRE at 535 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 and the same by filing it with the Clerk of the above-named court, no later than thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
