NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 15, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2019 CA 001894 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC F/K/A NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and ANDREW J. NOVETZKE; SHARON R. NOVETZKE; FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 23rd day of September, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 52, EASTLAKE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 48 THROUGH 48D, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
