NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2019, and entered in 2018 CA 006542 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein PATRICIA ANN HUGHES, AKA PATRICIA A. HUGHES is the Plaintiff and ASHLEY ELIZABETH BAIRD, AKA ASHLEY E. BAIRD, MICHAEL D. BEST, THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION, IF LIVING, AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, AND CLERK OF COURT OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
