NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the abovestyled action on August 13, 2019, the property described as LOTS 18 AND 20, BLOCK 25 OF PLAT OF SARASOTA (TOWN OF SARASOTA), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA will be sold by the clerk of this court via Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. September 17, 2019, to the highest bidder or bidders, for cash.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk within 60 days after the sale.
