NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2019, and entered in 58-2019-CA-000844 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREDDIE MAC SEASONED CREDIT RISK TRANSFER TRUST, SERIES 2017-2,AS OWNER OF THE RELATED MORTGAGE LOAN is the Plaintiff and AMJAD SITTI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AMJAD SITTI; E*TRADE BANK; FAIRWAY VILLAGE OF SARASOTA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 19, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
