NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 19-CA-000682 in the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborugh County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff and THE GRAND RESERVE CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION AT TAMPA INC.; DERBIS E. LOPEZ; WANDA LOPEZ; ALDOFO LOPEZ A/K/A ALDOFO J. LOPEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a David Rodriguez are defendants, Pat Frank Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale on September 11, 2019 beginning at 10:00 AM online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 1711 OF THE GRAND RESERVE CONDOMINIUM AT TAMPA, FLORIDA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16005, PAGES 672, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
