NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 14, 2019 in Civil Case No. 18-CA-006981 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and DANA SHERESE HALL, et al., are
Defendants, the Clerk of Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of September, 2019 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The West 125 feet of the East 250 feet, of the North 60 feet of the South 480 feet of the North 5/8 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, Township 28 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, Less the West 25 feet thereof for road purposes. And the West 125 feet of the East 250 feet of the North 60 feet of the South 420 feet of the North 5/8 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, Township 28 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, Less the West 25 feet thereof for road purpose.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
