NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 30th day of July, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-010324, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and DELORES G. ROSE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE
SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAT FRANK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
