NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 6, 2019 in the above action, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas, Florida, on October 15, 2019, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOT 9, LESS THAT PART DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 9, RUN WESTERLY 10 FEET ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 9; RUN THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 9, RUN THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY LOT OF SAID LOT 9, OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BLOCK 22, OF BAYOU BONITA, SECTION “C”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
