UNIT 1-303 OF THE BENTLEY AT COBB'S LANDING, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14748, PAGE(S) 1703, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS
has been filed against you and you are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Orlando DeLuca, Deluca Law Group, PLLC, 2101 NE 26th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33305 and file the original with the Clerk of the above- styled Court on or before 9-23-19 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
