NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT F, BUILDING 3, THE MOORINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORIDNG TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDRED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4948, PAGE 1533, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 42 THROUGH 54, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO; WITH THE FOLLOWING STREET ADDRESS: 346 MOORINGS COVE DRIVE, TARPON SPRINGS, FL 34689
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 26, 2019.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
