NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to an Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 15th day of July A.D., 2019, in the cause wherein, Nicole Desjardins, was plaintiff(s) and Gary Caspersz and Cucumb, Inc., Trustee of 4360 Neptune Trust, was defendant(s), being Case No 18-008316-CI in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Cucumb, Inc., Trustee of 4360 Neptune Trust, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block 3, Lewis Island Subdivision Section One, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 60, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
