NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2019, entered in Case No. 17-005200-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as trustee for Deutsche Alt-A Securities Inc. Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR5 is the Plaintiff and Michael Gallegos; Christian Vance; Catherine Vance; Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc., as nominee for GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, Inc.; Summerdale Townhomes at Countryside Property Owners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, SUMMERDALE TOWNHOMES AT COUNTRYSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 123, PAGES 23-25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
