ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The School Board of Pinellas County, Florida will receive sealed Request for Qualifications in the Purchasing Department of the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida 301 - Fourth Street S.W., Largo, Florida 33770-3536 until 4 p.m. local time, on September 16, 2019 for the purpose of selecting a firm for Design Services required for the scope listed below.

SCOPE OF PROJECT: The Pinellas County School Board (the district) requests qualification statements from experienced and qualified firms or individuals to provide Architectural Design Services for the above project.
Scope of work: The project will include new construction, renovation, and remodeling of the existing Clearwater High School campus. The goal of the project is not only to update an aging facility, but to create learning spaces that fit the instructional model of the school. Clearwater High School is nationally recognized as a leader in the Wall to Wall Academy model and in how they use personalized learning and collaborative structures to promote learning across the curriculum. The school has been recognized as a Model School by the International Center for Leadership in Education and when complete, this project should be an example of how physical spaces can complement the Wall to Wall Academy approach as well as the elements which make a school worthy of being recognized as a Model School. PHASE 2 PRELIMINARY DESIGN DOCUMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS:
60 DAYS
PHASE 3 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS: 90 DAYS
Such time limitations shall be exclusive of review and approval.
