NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. C, Building 1811, of EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 6, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5093, Pages 1-79, as amended thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 47, Pages 116-120, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 1811 Bough Avenue, #C, Clearwater, Florida, 33771
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 1000 A.M. on September 26, 2019.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
