NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 8th day of May 2019, and entered in Case No. 13-003432-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH V. DELOS REYES A/K/A ELIZABETH V. DELOSREYES; JOEL V. DELOS REYES A/K/A JOEL V. DELOSREYES A/K/A JOEL VENANCIO DELOSREYES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOEL V. DELOS REYES A/K/A JOEL V. DELOSREYES A/K/A JOEL VENANCIO DELOSREYES; UKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH V. DELOS REYES A/K/A ELIZABETH V. DELOSREYES; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK (“USAA FSB”); ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are defendants. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 16th day of October 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
