NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale date entered August 13, 2019 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31,2019 and entered in Case No.: 18-1345-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THOMAS MARTINO, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THAT CERTAIN LAND TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 2, 2010 AND NUMBERED 559, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, CHARNA V. HAIMES, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF BARNEY HAIMES AND CHARNA V. HAIMES JOINT REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT OF 2005 are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 25, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 20 and the West 10 feet of Lot 19, INGRAM PLACE, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 3, Page 32, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
