CITY OF WINTER GARDEN, FLORIDA
Notice is hereby given that the City of Winter Garden Planning and Zoning Board will, on September 9, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon after as possible, hold a public hearing in the City Commission Chambers located at 300 West Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida in order to review the variance request to the Winter Garden Code of Ordinances Section 118-308(1)a for the property located at 428 S. Main St. If approved, this variance will allow a front yard setback of 26' feet in lieu of the required 30' feet, in order to build a covered porch.
