NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure in Favor of Insight Credit Union f/k/a Insight Financial Credit Union, dated August 12, 2019, and entered in Case Number: 2019-CA-004525, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein INSIGHT CREDIT UNION F/K/A INSIGHT FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff, and ANGELA D. BRADY, is the Defendant, the Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale at http://www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on September 23, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure in Favor of Insight Credit Union f/k/a Insight Financial Credit Union, to-wit:
From the East 1/4 corner of Section 3, Township 22 South, Range 28, East, run South 89° 40' 50” West 175.2 feet to the Point of Beginning, continue South 89° 40' 50” West 145.2 feet, thence South 00° 31' 40” East 330 feet, thence North 89° 40' 50” East 145.2 feet thence North 00° 31' 40” West 330 feet to the Point of Beginning (less the North 30 feet for right-of-way).

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
