NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-010124-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT5 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ROBERT A. RUSSELL, JR., are defendants. Tiffany M. Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court for ORANGE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 24TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 229 OF TWIN LAKES MANOR, 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 105 AND 106, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
