NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2019, entered in Case No. 482018CA005482A001OX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of April 1, 2005 Park Place Securities, Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-WHQ2 is the Plaintiff and Zafer Arslan; Alazmi Investments, LLC ; Lakes of Windermere-Lake Reams Townhomes Community Association, Inc. ; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 17th day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 195, LAKES OF WINDERMERE - LAKE REAMS TOWNHOMES (JACKSON PROPERTY), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 52 THRU 62 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
