NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 13, 2019 and entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-010632-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A., F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF MULTI-CLASS MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES CHASEFLEX TRUST, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff and TOMOZY, KURT, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, TIFFANY RUSSELL, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 09:30 AM on November 05, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in ORANGE County, Florida, as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 168, OF SUMMERPORT, PHASE 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, AT PAGE(S) 124 THROUGH 134, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
