Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2019, in Case No. 2018-CA 013070-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which VILLANOVA AT HUNTER'S CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and PERRY M. GALANOS and UNKNOWN PARTIES
IN POSSESSION N/K/A BAYLEIGH PAPI are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https:// www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on October 2, 2019, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Unit 104, Building 4, Villanova at Hunter's Creek, a Condominium according to the Declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 8103 at Page 2271, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with all amendments thereto, if any, and together with an undivided interest in the common elements thereof in accordance with said declaration.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
