NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000916-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, SUN WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC., Plaintiff, and, VICTOR ORTIZ AKA VICTOR M. ORTIZ JR. AKA VICTOR MANUEL ORTIZ JR., et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 23rd day of September, 2019, the following described property:
LOT 360, BELLA VIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE 90 THROUGH 99, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
