NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 5, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 18000534CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF JOHN MANNING A/K/A JOHN ANDREW MANNING A/K/A JOHN A. MANNING, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOHN MANNING A/K/A JOHN ANDREW MANNING A/K/A JOHN A. MANNING, DECEASED; DANIEL H. MANNING; CANDYCE J. MANNING F/K/A CANDYCE MEARS; DOVE INVESTMENT CORP.; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; OAK HOLLOW PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 20th day of September, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 31, BLOCK 5303, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 96, 1ST REPLAT, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 52A THROUGH 52F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
