YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Quiet Title Action has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jimmy Macklin and the Estate of Cora Lee Robinson by and through the attorney of record Peter Pike, Esq. on or before 10-03-2019, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 1115 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
The action is asking the court to Quiet Title to the real property known as 1030 3rd Street West, Bradenton, FL 34205 in Jimmy Macklin, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Cora Lee Robinson. The property is described as: All that certain parcel of land in the Manatee County, Florida, described as follows: The South 50 ft. of the East 118 ft. less the East 60.4 ft. of the following described property: Commencing at the NE corner of Lot 12, Block D of A.J. Adams Sub., thence East 165' 6”, more or less, to intersecting roadway; thence South along said roadway 100 ft, there making a point of beginning; thence South 100 ft; thence West 165' 6” more or less, thence North 100 ft; thence East 165' 6” more or less to the Point of Beginning. The above description being a lot approximately 57.6 ft. East & West by 50 ft. North & South; subject to a common roadway on the N/s of said property and a 2.5 ft. easement, on N/s of said property to the City of Bradenton for utility purposes”.
