NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on August 2, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-001074 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, LEGATEES, DEVISEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, CREDITORS AND ANY OTHER PERSON CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST CECIL LEWIS A/K/A CECIL RAY LEWIS, DECEASED; RONALD EARL LEWIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD EARL LEWIS; STATE OF FLORIDA; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY; WOODROW S. MARTIN, JR.; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A AMBER CROSBY are the Defendant. The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on December 10, 2019 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE WEST LINE OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST AND NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF COLONIAL AVENUE, RUN THENCE EAST ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 69.70 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTINUE THENCE EAST ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE A DISTANCE OF 65.0 FEET, RUN THENCE NORTH AND PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID NW 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF NE 1/4, A DISATANCE OF 148.0 FEET, THENCE WEST AND PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID NW 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF NE 1/4, A DISTANCE OF 65.0 FEET, RUN THENCE SOUTH AND PARALLEL WITH EAST LINE OF SAID NW 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF NE 1/4 , A DISTANCE OF 148.05 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL LYING IN POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
