NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that certain Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2018, entered in Case No. 14-00244-CA, from the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and Gaetano Ravana as Co-Trustee of the 5688 Hammock Isles Drive Trust dated May 16, 2006, Joann Debartolo as Co-Trustee of the 5688 Hammock Isles Drive Trust dated May 16, 2006, Hammock Isles Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., the United States of America, the Unknown Beneficiaries of the 5688 Hammock Isles Drive Trust dated May 16, 2006, the Vineyards Community Association, Inc., Vineyards Utility, Inc., Thomas C. Ravana a/k/a Thomas Ravana, and any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are now known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest in spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court for Collier County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 A.M., on September 19, 2019 in the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 50, BLOCK B, HAMMOCK ISLES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 40 THROUGH 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
ADDRESS: 5688 HAMMOCK ISLES DRIVE, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34119
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) CALENDAR DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
