NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-002538-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS,INC.,ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AB3, Plaintiff, and, REGINALD L. HOWARD AKA REGINALD LEON HOWARD, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., on the 19 day of September, 2019, the following described property:
LOT 13, IN BLOCK C, IMMOKALEE HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
