NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2018-CA-001052 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ, LLC, F/K/A NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC, D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and DEREK LYNCH; SEAN LYNCH; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES OF JOHN G. LYNCH, DECEASED, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, AND THROUGH, UNDER, AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANT(S); UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEREK LYNCH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SEAN LYNCH; COLONIAL ROOFING, INC.; ST. REGIS CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 19 day of September, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B-103 OF ST. REGIS CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1309, PAGE(S) 600, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
