NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-001601-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF10 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and ; St. Croix At Pelican Marsh Condominium Association, Inc.; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Beneficiaries, Grantees, Assigns, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Anthony Pullos, deceased, and all other persons claiming by, through, under, and against the named defendants; The Unknown Spouse of Anthony Pullos n/k/a Audry Pullos; and Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants ; are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 19 day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 435, ST. CROIX AT PELICAN MARSH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLERATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3776, PAGES 2841 THROUGH 2974, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER, COUNTY FLORIDA.
The mortgage is being reformed to reflect the proper legal description, described as follows:
UNIT 435, ST. CROIX AT PELICAN MARSH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLERATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3776, PAGES 2841 THROUGH 2974, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER, COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE COVERED PARKING SPACE NO. 388.
