NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2019-CA-001472-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. LENDINGHOME FUNDING CORP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and SUMMIT CREST CAPITAL, LLC F/K/A CALCAP, LLC.; DAVID C. HELM, II A/K/A DAVID HELM; COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; EDWARD I. FLYNN, INC., are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the Third FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 19 day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, IN BLOCK 11, OF GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed
