NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Reformation of Mortgage dated August 15, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2018CA000295CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF JAMES D GALLAGHER and THOMAS GALLAGHE, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, NIKKI ALVAREZ - SOWLES, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on September 17, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:

TRACT 736 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF THE HIGHLANDS, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, GO THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 59' 20” WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST 1/4, A DISTANCE OF 457.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 38” 28” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 221.09 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 59' 20” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 457.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 38' 28” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 221.09 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2000 GRAN MANUFACTURED HOME WITH VIN #'S GAGMTD06646A & B LOCATED ON SAID PREMISES
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
