NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019CA000263CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., is Plaintiff and Mahin Eliaspour a/k/a Mabin Eliaspour; Steve Arian; Herons Cove Association, Inc.; Tampa Bay Golf and Tennis Club, Inc.; Tampa Bay Golf & Country Club, LLC; Tampa Bay Community Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online at www.pasco. realforeclosure.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 24th day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 241, TAMPA BAY GOLF AND TENNIS CLUB PHASE VC, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE(S) 16, AS RECORDED IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 9644 Rolling Circle, San Antonio, Florida 33576
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
