NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 31, 2019, and entered in Case No. 512018CA000659CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and KAREN S. NIETO A/K/A KAREN S. CUNNINGHAM A/K/A KAREN S. NIENTO, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco. realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 01 day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 168, OF BEACON SQUARE, UNIT 3 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 57, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
