NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Reformation of Mortgage dated August 16, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2012CA007984CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF JOHN C. COOPER ad FREDRICK COOPER, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, NIKKI ALVAREZ - SOWLES, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on September 24, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
TRACT 69 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF KENT SUBDIVISION, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE NORTH 215 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1191.38 FEET OF THE WEST 600 FEET OF THE EAST 1610 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT, HOWEVER TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE EASTERLY 25 FEET THEREOF. TOGETHER WITH THAT 1997 OAKHAVEN MOBILE HOME VIN # 8U620288JA/B, TITLE # 72298501 AND 72298502.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
