A/K/A CLARENCE OVERPECK JR.; IMOGENE OVERPECK; DRIFTWOOD OF ZEPHYRHILLS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 07, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 2, BUILDING B, OF DRIFTWOOD OF ZEPHYRHILLS, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 44 THROUGH 46, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1208, PAGES 80 THROUGH 160, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
