YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and collect five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) due and owing by you on the principal amounts of two (2) promissory notes executed by you in favor of Kelly and Shawn Hodgson (the “Promissory Notes”), plus interest from October 30, 2017 and fees and costs related to enforcement of the Promissory Notes, has been filed in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida against you, titled Hodgson v. Liliana Warr, et al., No. 2019-CA-001342. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Bailey Lowther, Esq., Williams Parker Harrison Dietz & Getzen, the attorney for Kelly and Shawn Hodgson, whose address is 200 S. Orange Ave., Sarasota, FL 34236 by September 30, 2019 and file the original with the Clerk of Court either before service on the Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the amount demanded in the complaint or petition.
