NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2019, and entered in 2017-CA-000923 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JOEL ELLIS A/K/A JOEL R. ELLIS; SHARON ELLIS; BRIDGEWATER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOLACE FINANCIAL, LLC; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 07, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
