To: ANDREW J, TROALIC and DOREEN D. TROALIC; all parties claiming interest by, through, under or against any of the above named parties; and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property hereinafter described.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Quiet Title has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to Hale and Messina Law, PLLC, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 9735 US Highway 19, Port Richey, Florida 34668, on or before September 30, 2019 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, whose address is 7530 Little Rd, New Port Richey, FL 34654, before service on Plaintiff or immediately thereafter. Ifyou fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief requested in the Complaint.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Tract 471 of the unrecorded plat of PARKWOOD ACRES, UNIT 4, being further described as: Tract 471: Commencing at the NE corner of Section 36, Township 24 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida, go thence N 89°17'04” W, along the N line of said Section 36, a distance of 825.00'; thence S 00°58'51”W, a distance of 2101.88' to the POINT OF BEGINNING; continue thence S 00°58'51”W, a distance of 100.00'; thence N 89°13'40”W, a distance of 225.00'; thence N 00°58'51”E, a distance of 100.00'; thence S 89°13'40”E, a distance of 225.00' to the POINT OF BEGINNING, excepting therefrom the easterly 25.00' thereof to be used for road right-of-way purposes.
This notice shall be published once each week for four (4) consecutive weeks in a Community Newspaper in Pasco County, Florida.
Copies of all documents in this case, including Court Orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office. You may review these documents upon request.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed or emailed to the addresses on record with the Clerk's office.
