Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Amended Consent Final Judgment Awarding Attorneys' Fees and Costs entered and filed on July 16, 2019, in Case number 2017-CA-000066 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in which HERC RENTALS, INC. F/K/A HERTZ EQUIPMENT RENTAL CORPORATION is plaintiff, and ACCU-GREEN, LLC AND FLORIDA PALMS, LLLP as defendants, the Clerk of Court of Sarasota County will sell at public sale the following-described real property:
