NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-000135 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as Trustee of Upland Mortgage Loan Trust A, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or Other Claimants by, through, under or against, Boris Gozenput, Deceased; Mariya Gozenput; Pavel Gozenput, are Defendants, Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 25 day of Sept, 2019, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2 AND 3, BLOCK 4323, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 61, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 4 THROUGH 20 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
