Slover a/k/a Nick J. Slover are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on November 14, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 43 AND 44, BLOCK 3643, UNIT 48, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AS PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 135 THROUGH 144, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
