NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-000816, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein CSMC 2018-RPL1 TRUST is Plaintiff and EFREN HERNANDEZ; ROSA GARCIA A/K/A ROSA HERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN BROKERS CONDUIT; are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE. REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 25 day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 55, UNIT 4, SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
